Commercial vehicles registered in the state with capacity less than five seats will get Rs 8,000 per seat per year instead of Rs 1,350, vehicles with capacity more than five seater and less than 10 seater will get Rs 2,000 per seat per year instead of Rs 800, more than 10 seater and 23 Vehicles with less than 23 seater capacity will have to pay Rs 3,000 per seat per year instead of Rs 1,000 and vehicles with more than 23 seater capacity will have to pay Rs 5,000 per seat instead of Rs 1,500.

Chetan Bragta said that the government had implemented special toll rates of Rs 3,000 to Rs 6,000 per day from September 1, 2023 for vehicles coming from outside states, after which travel agents from outside states started boycotting Himachal Pradesh.
