Congress will hoist the flag of resounding victory on all four Lok Sabha seats : Naresh Chauhan
Naresh Chauhan, Principal Media Advisor to Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, has said that the state Congress government has successfully ohe challenges by facing them boldly. He has said that despite inheriting a loan of more than Rs 70 thousand from the former BJP government and liabilities of more than Rs 10 thousand crore, in the last one year’s tenure, the Chief Minister, with his strong will, has rescued the state from the severe natural disaster. He said that many national agencies have also appreciated the decisions taken by the Chief Minister of the state.
Addressing a press conference at Rajiv Bhawan, the state Congress headquarters, Naresh Chauhan said that the state Congress is fully prepared for the Lok Sabha elections. He said that Congress will hoist the flag of resounding victory on all its four Lok Sabha seats. He said that the Chief Minister has asked all his ministers and MLAs to hold public meetings in their respective areas, especially in every village, and tell the people about the achievements of the government in one year. He said that the Congress government has fulfilled its first promise made to the employees by implementing OPS. He said that apart from this, a historic decision has been taken to provide fifty percent subsidy to the unemployed for the purchase of electric vehicles under the Rajiv Gandhi Startup Scheme. He said that youth are also being encouraged to set up solar plants to start self-employment. In this also the state government is giving fifty percent grant. He said that the Congress government will fulfill all its guarantees in a phased manner.
Criticizing the BJP, Chauhan said that it did not provide any support to the state to deal with the disaster. He said that the BJP leaders of the state baked only political bread on this issue. He said that in the Assembly, when the state government proposed to declare this disaster as a national disaster and to provide a special economic package to the people to recover from it, the state BJP did not support it. He said that even the Central Government did not provide any special help to the state. He said that whatever money was released by the Center to the state government, it was the state’s right to get it. He said that the state government has sent an estimate of the loss worth Rs 10,000 crore to the central government, on which the central government has turned a blind eye. He said that the state BJP MP, BJP National President Jagat Prakash Nadda, Union Minister Anurag Thakur are also sitting silent on this and are trying their best to mislead the people regarding the disaster relief amount by coming to the state, which is very unfortunate. He said that now the people of the state will not fall under any influence of BJP. Congress alliance India will get a resounding victory in the Lok Sabha elections and the country will get freedom from the dictatorial BJP government.
