Dr. Bindal said that in the last year, the Congress government of the state has not opened even a single new hospital, not a single PHC, not a single new health sub-center in the state, nor has it increased the sanctioning strength of doctors, and paramedicals, but the previous BJP government Worked on closing the medical institutions run by the State Government and only by saying that the State Government does not have any funds with which we can open new institutions and the old opened and running institutions are also being closed so that there is no money to run them. The government has no money. The education minister of the state has set the biggest record in the history of Himachal Pradesh. By closing hundreds of schools and colleges, we have given a unique gift to the people of the state. The condition of the Congress Party is like this, the cat scratching its pillars. The people of Himachal Pradesh are suffering in the cold war going on between the Congress government and the Congress party, in which all the development works have been stopped.
Dr. Bindal said that the established leaders in the state government have been members/ministers/leaders of opposition in the Legislative Assembly of Himachal Pradesh for a long time and they had and have good knowledge of the financial condition of the state and the economic condition of the state. When he was aware of the poverty of the state, then why did he deceive the people of Himachal Pradesh by announcing guarantees worth billions of rupees? Till date neither Congress, nor the government, nor the Chief Minister is giving the answer to this matter. Only the state government, the state chief minister and the state ministers are busy blaming the BJP while running away from their responsibilities. The people of Himachal want development, the people of Himachal are waiting for the guarantees to be fulfilled, the people of Himachal want work from the government without listening to excuses.
Dr. Bindal said that this is the first government in the history of governments of Himachal Pradesh which has disillusioned the public in just 10 months.
